Terms & Conditions
Participation Requirements
1. Only individuals registered on Yarbo.com are eligible to participate in the referral program. To begin referring friends and family, simply provide a valid email address, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and start sharing your unique referral link.
2. Self-referral is strictly prohibited. The referred individual and the referrer must not be the same entity (including the use of identical email addresses, IP addresses, or browser sessions), as determined by Yarbo. Manual adjustments, additions, or confirmations of referrals may not be possible if these criteria are not met.
Qualified Referral
For a referral to be considered valid, it must meet the following criteria:
1. The referred customer must make a purchase on Yarbo.com by clicking on the unique refer-a-friend program link provided by Yarbo.
2. The referrer’s unique referral link must not be shared, sold, or used in any other manner except for acquiring qualified referrals.
3. Yarbo will review the referred order within 35 days. Only orders that comply with the aforementioned rules and are not subject to returns will be verified. Once the referred purchase is verified, you will receive another email to claim your reward.
Referral Rewards
1. During the promotion period (June 5th, 2024 to June 30th, 2024), you can earn a $500 cash back once your friend makes a purchase (order over $3000) and Yarbo verifies their order. The reward will be updated after June 30th, 2024; stay tuned by subscribing to our newsletter.
2. The referees will receive a $300 off coupon via email immediately once you submit the email share form above.
3. Offer codes or promotions provided by Yarbo cannot be combined with referral program discounts. Each referred friend may use only one referral link. If a referee receives links from multiple Yarbo.com users, the referrer of the first order made by the referee will receive the reward.
4. All Yarbo coupon codes can be applied only once per order.
How to Redeem Your Reward
1. Upon someone making a purchase using your referral link, you will receive an email confirmation. Note that this confirms the referral order, but the reward is subject to verification by Yarbo.
2. Yarbo will review the referred order within 35 days of delivery to ensure it meets the rules and is not eligible for return.
3. Upon verification of the referred purchase, you will receive an email on how to collect your reward.
4. Tiered rewards will be reviewed by Yarbo monthly. You will receive an email notification shortly after the review.
Termination and Changes
1. Yarbo reserves the right to suspend or terminate the referral program or a user’s participation at any time and for any reason.
2. Should Yarbo identify any activity it deems abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Terms of Service, accounts may be suspended, and referral rewards may be revoked.
3. Yarbo conducts thorough reviews and investigations of all referral activities and has the sole discretion to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
